Suraj Industries Increases VRV Foods Stake to 20.41%

Suraj Industries Ltd has acquired an additional 75,850 equity shares of VRV Foods Limited, an associate and related party. The acquisition, at a price of ₹66 per share, amounts to ₹50,06,100. This transaction increases Suraj Industries' shareholding in VRV Foods from 20.01% to 20.41% of the latter's increased paid-up equity share capital. The filing was made pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
