Aeroflex Neu Acquires 51.01% Stake in Stilonn Valves

Aeroflex Neu Limited, a material subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd, has successfully completed the acquisition of an aggregate 7,27,040 equity shares in Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited ("Stilonn"). This was achieved through a combination of share purchases from existing shareholders and subscription to new shares. Consequently, Aeroflex Neu Limited's shareholding in Stilonn now stands at 51.01%, making Stilonn a subsidiary. This strategic acquisition is part of Aeroflex Neu Limited's initiative to build an integrated platform for high-tech and critical engineering solutions within the AI Infra and Data Centre sector.
