Aeroflex Neu Acquires Stilonn Valves for ₹16.00 Cr

Aeroflex Neu Limited, a material subsidiary of Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd, has approved the acquisition of 7,27,040 equity shares of Stilonn Valves and Controls Private Limited for an aggregate consideration of ₹16,00,21,504/- (₹16.00 Crore). Stilonn is engaged in manufacturing precision engineering products for AI Infra, Data Centres, pharmaceutical, and healthcare sectors. The acquisition will be completed in tranches through share purchase and subscription, increasing Aeroflex Neu Limited's stake in Stilonn to 51.01%, making it a subsidiary. This move aligns with Aeroflex Neu's strategy to build an integrated platform for high-tech engineering solutions in high-growth sectors.
