Aeroflex Subsidiary Approves ₹202 Cr Expansion
Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd announced that its material subsidiary, Aeroflex Industries Limited, has approved significant capacity enhancements and expansion plans. The SS Hose & Braiding Division's capacity will increase from 20 million to 30 million meters per annum, with a new plant for assemblies, requiring an investment of ₹124 crores. The Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies Division's capacity will double from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum with an additional facility, at an investment of ₹78 crores. The total aggregate investment for these expansions is ₹202 crores, to be financed through internal accruals, equity, and bridge loan financing. Both projects are expected to be completed in a phased manner by March 2028.
