Aeroflex: Promoter Group acquires 1.75 lakh shares, stake now 7.54%

A Flex Invest Private Limited, a part of the promoter group of Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd, has disclosed the acquisition of 1,75,700 equity shares. The transaction occurred through an open market purchase on September 17, 2026, at a price of ₹120.25 per share. This acquisition has increased the promoter group's total shareholding in Aeroflex Enterprises Ltd from 7.38% (83,47,500 shares) to 7.54% (85,23,200 shares) of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The disclosure was made in compliance with Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
