Aeroflex Industries Approves ₹202 Cr Expansion

Aeroflex Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has approved significant expansion plans for its SS Hose & Braiding and Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies divisions. The company will enhance SS Hose & Braiding capacity from 20 million meters to 30 million meters per annum and Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum. These expansions, projected to cost ₹124 Crores and ₹78 Crores respectively, totaling ₹202 Crores, are expected to be completed by March 2028. The funding will come from internal accruals, equity, and bridge loan financing. Additionally, a new state-of-the-art assemblies plant will be set up to convert hoses and braid into assemblies.
