Aeroflex Industries Approves ₹202 Cr Expansion
Aeroflex Industries Ltd's Board of Directors has approved significant expansion plans for its SS Hose & Braiding and Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies divisions. The SS Hose & Braiding Division will see capacity increase from 20 million meters to 30 million meters per annum, with an investment of ₹124 Crores. Additionally, a new plant will be set up to convert hoses and braid into assemblies. The Liquid Cooling SFN Skid Assemblies Division's capacity will double from 15,000 to 30,000 pieces per annum with an investment of ₹78 Crores. The total investment for these expansions is ₹202 Crores, to be financed through internal accruals, equity, and bridge loan financing, with completion targeted by March 2028.
