Chandrima Mercantiles Appoints M A A K & Associates as Statutory Auditors

Chandrima Mercantiles Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. M A A K & Associates as its Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The appointment is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 44th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 17, 2026.
