Chatha Foods Ltd: Ms. Divya Babel Regularized as Independent Director

Chatha Foods Ltd announced that its members, at the 29th Annual General Meeting held on September 28, 2026, have approved the regularization of Ms. Divya Babel as a Non-Executive Independent Director. Ms. Babel was initially appointed as an Additional Director by the Board of Directors effective March 11, 2025. Her term as an Independent Director will be for five consecutive years, from March 11, 2026, to March 10, 2031. Ms. Babel is a seasoned finance professional with over 10 years of experience in financial operations, taxation, compliance, and business consulting, holding a Chartered Accountant qualification and a postgraduate certification from IIM Indore. She is not related to any existing directors of the company.
