Centuple Global Ltd Auditor Resigns

Centuple Global Ltd has accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s. L K Ajmera & Associates, effective August 14, 2026. The auditor cited engagement in new assignments requiring substantial time and resources as the reason for resignation. They confirmed no disputes or suppression of information by the management and expressed gratitude for the cooperation received during their tenure. The resignation is in line with SEBI circular requirements, and the auditor has provided necessary details as per Annexure-A.
