Chemfab Alkalis Board Approves Un-Audited Financial Results

Chemfab Alkalis Limited announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on October 28, 2026, approved the Un-Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The Audit Committee had recommended these results earlier in the day. Additionally, the Board approved changes in the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Satish Narain Jajoo appointed as Chairperson and Mrs. Drushti Desai redesignated as Member. Mr. V. R. Raguraman was appointed as Chief Operating Officer.
