Chemfab Alkalis Appoints New COO, Restructures Stakeholder Committee

Chemfab Alkalis Ltd announced key management changes following a board meeting on October 28, 2026. Mr. V. R. Raguraman has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), bringing over four decades of experience in chemical manufacturing. The company also restructured its Stakeholders Relationship Committee, with Mr. Satish Narain Jajoo appointed as Chairperson and Mrs. Drushti Desai as a Member. The board also approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026.
