Sayaji Hotels Appoints Azhar Yusuf Dhanani as Additional Director

Sayaji Hotels (Indore) Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Azhar Yusuf Dhanani as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors on October 28, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval within three months. Mr. Dhanani, aged 28, is an industrialist with expertise in marketing, sales, and operations, holding a management degree from ISME. He has been associated with Sayaji Foods Private Limited since 2017 and also serves as a Director of United Foodbrands Limited. He is a member of the Promoter Group and related to Promoter-Directors of the company.
