Chennai Meenakshi Hospital Reconstitutes Nomination & Remuneration Committee

Chennai Meenakshi Multispeciality Hospital Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The decision was made via a Circular Resolution passed on August 4, 2026, in accordance with Section 178 of the Companies Act, 2013, and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The committee will now be chaired by Mrs. Shama Dhilip, with Mr. Edward M Prabhakar and Mr. Akash Prabhakar serving as members.
