Pondy Oxides Reconstitutes Audit Committee

Pondy Oxides & Chemicals Ltd announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee following a Board of Directors meeting held on August 4, 2026. Mr. Hemant Jawahar Lal, an Independent Director with DIN 11731104, has been inducted as a new member to the committee. The reconstitution is effective from the same date. The updated committee composition includes Mr. A Vijay Anand as Chairman, and Dr. M. Ramasubramani, Ms. Shanti Balamurugan, Mr. Ashish Bansal, and the newly inducted Mr. Hemant Jawahar Lal as members.
