Chiraharit Ltd: Promoter Group Acquires 52.56% Stake

Malaxmi Climate Resilience Platform Private Limited, the promoter group of Chiraharit Limited, has acquired 2,87,99,990 equity shares, representing 52.56% of the total share capital, from Dr. Tejaswini Yarlagadda. The acquisition was made at Rs. 8 per share and is exempted from making an open offer under Regulation 10(1)(a)(iii) of the SEBI SAST Regulations, 2011. The disclosure under Regulation 10(5) was filed on August 31, 2026.
