CHL Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

CHL Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on July 30, 2026, approved the unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. Both standalone and consolidated results, along with the statutory auditors' limited review report, were approved. The results will be published in newspapers and made available on the company's website. Additionally, Mr. Luv Malhotra was selected as the Chairman for the Board Meeting and will also chair the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also reviewed the Annual Report for the Financial Year 2025-26.
