Choice International Ltd has acquired 100% of Choice Proptech Solutions Private Limited, a step-down subsidiary, from its subsidiary Choice Consultancy Services Private Limited for a consideration of ₹6,22,20,000. This acquisition, priced at ₹6,222 per equity share, makes Choice Proptech a wholly-owned subsidiary of Choice International.
