Choice International Ltd Appoints New CFO, Manoj Singhania Resigns

Choice International Ltd announced a change in its Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). Mr. Manoj Singhania has resigned from his position, effective August 10, 2026, to take on other responsibilities within the Group. The Board has accepted his resignation and expressed appreciation for his services. Concurrently, Mr. Ayush Sharma has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP, also effective August 10, 2026. Mr. Sharma brings over 14 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, and corporate finance, with international exposure in Dubai.
