Cholamandalam Allots 31,700 Secured NCDs Due May 2026

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd confirms the allotment of 31,700 units of secured, redeemable, listed Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on May 21, 2026. The NCDs were issued through private placement on the NSE EBP platform. The total amount allotted is ₹317 crore, part of a larger issue size of ₹1000 crore (including a ₹635 crore green shoe option). These NCDs are listed on the WDM segment of NSE, have a tenure of 3 years and 15 days (1111 days), a coupon rate of 8.08%, and a re-issue yield of 8.35%. Coupon payments are scheduled annually, with the first payment due on June 5, 2026, and the final payment on the maturity date of June 5, 2029.
