Cholamandalam Finance Allots 50000 NCDs Due May 2026

Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company Ltd confirms the allotment of 50000 units of secured, listed, redeemable, rated Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) on May 5, 2026. The NCDs were issued through private placement on the NSE EBP platform. The amount allotted is ₹500 cr out of a total issue size of ₹1500 cr (including a ₹1000 cr green shoe option). The NCDs are listed on the WDM segment of the NSE with a tenure of 3 years and 1 month (1127 days) and carry a coupon rate of 8.08% payable annually on June 5, 2026, and on the maturity date of June 5, 2029.
