Chothani Foods Appoints Internal Auditors for FY27

Chothani Foods Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. B Chothani & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditors for the Financial Year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on September 03, 2026. The company also appointed M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for the same fiscal year. Additionally, the Board fixed the date for the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, and approved the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as Independent Director and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
