Chothani Foods Appoints Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors

Chothani Foods Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for FY 2026-27. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for the same fiscal year. Additionally, the company fixed the 13th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026, and approved the reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as Independent Director and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval.
