Chothani Foods: Neeraj Chothani Re-appointed MD for 5 Years

Chothani Foods Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as the Managing Director for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from March 9, 2027, to March 8, 2032. This reappointment is subject to shareholder approval. The board also approved the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the date for the 13th Annual General Meeting was fixed for September 30, 2026. The reappointment of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as Independent Director and Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director were also approved.
