Chothani Foods Reappoints Sunil Chothani as Whole Time Director

Chothani Foods Ltd announced the re-appointment of Mr. Sunil Shivji Chothani as Whole Time Director for a term of five years, commencing March 9, 2027. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of M/s. Sharatkumar Shetty & Associates as Secretarial Auditors and M/s. B Chothani & Associates as Internal Auditors for FY 2026-27. Additionally, the 13th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 30, 2026. Reappointments of Mr. Raviprakash Narayan Vyas as Independent Director and Mr. Neeraj Ashok Chothani as Managing Director were also approved, subject to shareholder approval.
