CIAN Agro: Promoters withdraw reclassification requests

CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd announced the withdrawal of reclassification requests from four promoter shareholders. These shareholders, including MM ACTIV SCI-TECH COMMUNICATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED, Uday Amrut Lambat, Dattu (Dattatraya) Kalamkar, and Keshao Bhaskarrao Chandle, had previously sought to move from the "Promoter and Promoter Group" to the "Public" category. The withdrawal for some individuals (legal heirs) is due to incomplete share transmission, a prerequisite for reclassification under SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Consequently, these shareholders will continue to be part of the Promoter Group.
