Nova Iron & Steel: Board Approves Promoter Reclassification Requests

Nova Iron & Steel Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on June 17, 2026, approved requests from promoters Mr. Aniket Singal, Ms. Priyanka Ankit Miglani, and Ms. Radhika Saurabh Dhoot to reclassify them from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category. This reclassification is in accordance with Regulation 31A of the Listing Regulations. The Board also noted the automatic classification of Mr. Sanjay Singal as a Promoter due to receiving 10,000 equity shares by way of gift from Mr. Aniket Singal. The meeting confirmed that the outgoing promoters hold no equity shares and are not involved in the company's management.
