The Company is providing the web-link for accessing the Notice of the AGM and the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2024-25 to those shareholders who have not registered their email addresses with the Company / Registrar and Share Transfer Agent / Depository Participants. The members can cast their vote on all resolutions set forth in the Notice of the AGM using electronic voting system from a place other than the venue of the AGM.
