The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Key agenda items include the adoption of audited standalone and consolidated financial statements for FY 2025-26, the re-appointment of Mr. T Shivaraman as Managing Director, and the re-appointment of Mr. R Ganapathi as Director.
