Harsh Jain Files Belated Disclosure for Citizen Solar Share Transfer

Citizen Infoline Ltd (now Citizen Solar Limited) has filed a belated disclosure regarding an inter-se transfer of 6,00,000 equity shares within the promoter group. Mr. Harsh Omprakash Jain acquired these shares from Mr. Dhanpatraj Lalchand Jain and Mrs. Sangita Dhanpatraj Jain via gift deeds on January 9, 2017. The filing under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, was due by January 13, 2017, but was submitted on June 11, 2026.
