Citizen Solar Ltd (formerly Citizen Infoline Limited) has announced its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025-26. The AGM will be held on Monday, September 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The record date for e-voting is set for Monday, September 14, 2026, with the book closure period from September 15 to September 21, 2026, inclusive. During this period, the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will remain closed. The Annual Report and AGM notice will be dispatched to shareholders and submitted to the stock exchange in due course.
