Citizen Solar Sets Sept 14 Record Date for E-voting

Citizen Solar Ltd has announced that the record date for e-voting purposes will be September 14, 2026. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 15, 2026, to September 21, 2026. This period is set for the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 21, 2026, and to determine member eligibility for remote e-voting and voting during the AGM. The AGM will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM). The Annual Report for FY2025-26 will be submitted to the stock exchange and dispatched to shareholders shortly.
