Citizen Solar Ltd Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Citizen Solar Ltd announced that its Board of Directors met on August 13, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also took note of the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s Krutesh Patel & Associates. Additionally, the Board approved the Board's Report for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026, and finalized arrangements for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for September 21, 2026, with book closure from September 15-21, 2026, and a cut-off date of September 14, 2026, for remote e-voting. Mrs. Jolly Krutesh Patel was appointed as the scrutinizer. The company also accepted the resignation of Ms. Reena Shah as Company Secretary, effective August 12, 2026, and appointed Mr. Abhijit Roy as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from August 13, 2026.
