Citizen Solar Ltd Board Approves Unaudited Financial Results

Citizen Solar Ltd (formerly Citizen Infoline Limited) announced that its Board of Directors met on August 13, 2026. The board approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. They also took note of the Limited Review Report from statutory auditors M/s Krutesh Patel & Associates.
