City Online Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and all connected persons covered under the Company’s Code of Conduct, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 01.04.2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31.03.2026. This closure is to ensure compliance with the insider trading regulations and to maintain transparency during the release of financial results.
