Clean Science Board Approves Q1 FY27 Results, Dividend, and New Director

Clean Science and Technology Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 1, 2026, approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the convening of the 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 12, 2026, and declared a final dividend payable on September 30, 2026, with a record date of September 5, 2026.
