Clean Science Promoter Group Acquires 3.11% Stake

ARB Business Trust, a promoter group member of Clean Science and Technology Ltd, has acquired 33,00,000 equity shares, representing 3.11% of the company's paid-up share capital. The acquisition occurred on June 10, 2026, through an inter-se transfer by way of gift among promoter group members. This transaction does not change the overall promoter group's holding percentage but increases ARB Business Trust's direct stake from 0% to 3.11%. The total equity share capital of the company before this transaction was Rs. 10,62,77,299, divided into 10,62,77,299 equity shares of Rs. 1/- each. Post an ESOP allotment on June 8, 2026, the total equity share capital increased to 10,62,82,520 shares.
