Cleanmax Energy Acquires 100% of Massmunch Company Limited

Cleanmax Energy (Thailand) Company Limited and Cleanmax IHQ (Thailand) Company Limited, wholly owned subsidiaries of Cleanmax Solar MENA FZCO (Dubai), which is a subsidiary of Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions Ltd, have acquired 100% of Massmunch Company Limited. The acquisition was completed via a Share Purchase Agreement for an enterprise value of Thai Baht 1,250,000 (approximately ₹18.3 Lakhs). Massmunch Company Limited, incorporated in Thailand on March 27, 2025, operates in the renewable energy generation sector. This acquisition is aimed at facilitating the growth and further development of the company's solar renewable energy capacity in Thailand, making Massmunch a step-down wholly owned subsidiary.
