Heritage Foods Completes Acquisition of Heritage Novandie Foods

Heritage Foods Limited has successfully completed the acquisition of an additional 5.60% equity share capital of its subsidiary, Heritage Novandie Foods Limited (HNFL). The equity shares have been credited to Heritage Foods' demat account, increasing its shareholding in HNFL from 94.40% to 100%. Consequently, HNFL is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Heritage Foods, effective October 16, 2026. This move consolidates full ownership and control over the subsidiary's operations.
