CLN Energy Appoints Rahul Bhatnagar as Additional Executive Director

CLN Energy Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Rahul Bhatnagar as an Additional Executive Director, effective July 01, 2026. The decision was made by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Bhatnagar brings over three decades of experience in textiles, fashion, and defense manufacturing, having been a founding member of the Shamken Group and founder of Ameks Techfab Pvt. Ltd. and Elitista Haute Couture Pvt. Ltd. He is not related to any existing directors on the board. His appointment is subject to member approval and he will hold the position until the ensuing General Meeting, liable to retire by rotation.
