Technojet Consultants Appoints New Director, CS & CFO Resigns

Technojet Consultants Limited announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 11, 2026. Ms. Kavita Chhajer has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. The company also noted the resignation of Ms. Bhumika Ojha as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer, effective the close of business on September 11, 2026. Mr. Bishal Ghosh will join as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting September 15, 2026.
