Technojet Consultants Appoints New Director, CS & CFO Resigns

Technojet Consultants Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on September 11, 2026. Ms. Kavita Chhajer has been appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Concurrently, Ms. Bhumika Ojha has resigned as Company Secretary and Chief Financial Officer for better career prospects. Mr. Bishal Ghosh will take over as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer starting September 15, 2026. The board meeting also noted the resignation details and approved the appointments.
