CLN Energy Ltd to Close Pune Factory, Boosting Operational Efficiency

CLN Energy Ltd has announced the closure of its Pune factory, aiming to optimize operational efficiency and resource utilization by consolidating manufacturing activities at the Noida plant. The Pune facility, which contributed 10.01% of the company's turnover last financial year, will be closed on March 31, 2026. The decision comes as the Noida unit has adequate capacity and available facilities to accommodate current and future production requirements, following the completion of a specific project.
