CMR Green Technologies Appoints Satish Kumar Kaushik as CFO

CMR Green Technologies Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Satish Kumar Kaushik as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on November 6, 2026, with the appointment effective from the same date. Mr. Kaushik, who previously served as President – Finance, brings nearly 25 years of experience in corporate finance, fundraising, project financing, risk management, and strategic planning. He is an MBA in Finance, CMA, and B. Com graduate. He is not related to any director of the company and holds no shares in the company. He is also not debarred from holding the office of CFO by any authority.
