CMS Info Systems Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

CMS Info Systems Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is effective from October 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until the approval and dissemination of the company's unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the results are officially declared and shared with the stock exchanges, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
