CMS Info Systems Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

CMS Info Systems Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code. The trading window will be shut from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, until the approval and dissemination of the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The window will reopen 48 hours after the results are officially declared to the stock exchanges.
