ICICI Pru MF cuts CMS Info Systems stake by 2.06% to 3.23%

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund (including iSIF under its various schemes) has disclosed a significant reduction in its shareholding in CMS Info Systems Ltd. The fund sold a net of 3,378,195 equity shares of the company between September 04, 2025, and April 09, 2026, through open market transactions. This sale decreased their total stake from 5.29% (8,700,858 shares) to 3.23% (5,322,663 shares) of the company's paid-up capital. The reduction of more than 2% triggered the disclosure under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund clarified that its holding is for investment purposes and not to seek controlling interest.
