Coal India Declares Interim Dividend of ₹5.50 per Share

Coal India Limited has announced the declaration of an interim dividend of ₹5.50 per equity share for the Financial Year 2026-27. The company has fixed Friday, July 31, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholder eligibility for this dividend. Payment of the interim dividend is scheduled to be made on or before August 25, 2026. The company also filed its unaudited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026, on a standalone and consolidated basis. These results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and taken on record by the Board of Directors. Coal India will disburse dividends exclusively through RBI-approved electronic modes, with no physical warrants or cheques being issued.
