Cochin Malabar Re-appoints Chandra Prakash Sharma as Wholetime Director

Cochin Malabar Estates & Industries Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Chandra Prakash Sharma as Wholetime Director and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP). The re-appointment is for a further period of three years, effective from June 15, 2026, to June 14, 2029. This decision is subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Sharma, aged 63, is a B.Com and Law graduate with 36 years of experience in finance, taxation, and legal matters. He holds 100 shares in the company.
