Coforge Appoints Akhil Kumar Gupta as Independent Director & Chairperson

Coforge Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Akhil Kumar Gupta as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director, who will also serve as the Chairperson of the Board. This appointment is effective from September 29, 2026, for a term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Gupta, a Chartered Accountant with over 40 years of experience, previously served as Vice Chairman of Bharti Enterprises and holds significant board positions in other companies. He is not related to any existing directors of Coforge.
